-Manage the product roadmap and product launch timelines to ensure that all necessary marketing and sales related materials are ready in time
-Coordinate beta testing with Donmuc user community globally; analyze user feedback and communicate to product team
-Help draft and distribute product and brand surveys to Donmuc partners, distributors, and end users in order to gain deeper insight and improve customer satisfaction
-Regularly communicate with hardware and software teams within the Company regarding critical issues, bug-list, and new app features
-ManageDonmuc product translation for multiple languages, which includes but is not limited to product packaging, user manuals, app translation, etc.
-Coordinate with proofreaders and proofreading agencies regarding timelines and ensuring that the finished translation work is consistent and of the highest quality
-Language asset management: Organize database of previously translated materials and maintain a glossary of commonly used industry terms and phrases to ensure that most important phrases are consistent across all the external documents
-Create a style guide to share with translators and Donmuc business partners so that the translated contents share similar tone, voice, and visual across different languages
Job requirements:
-Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
-Excellent English writing and speaking abilities is a MUST
-2+ years of professional working experience
-Project management experience is a plus
-Interest in the smart home and technology industry is a plus
-Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint
-Demonstrated interpersonal communication and analytical skills
-Positive and proactive attitude
-Self-starter and can work independently
