In 2020, in the city's "Pearl River Delta" precise investment promotion activities, Shenzhen Yinke decided to locate its largest production base in Xuzhou on the premise that the Ningxia production base had been established. In August 2020, Xuzhou Yinke Intelligent Technology Co., Ltd. was registered and established, with a registered capital of 100 million yuan, far exceeding the size of its parent company in Shenzhen.

So far, the national territory of "Shenzhen Yinke", with Shenzhen as the "hub" and Xuzhou and Ningxia as the "heart", has been officially launched. As a post-80s generation, Jiang Baiwu has also been "entrusted with an important task", becoming the best candidate for "Shenzhen Yinke" to expand its territory.

Shenzhen Yinke Intelligent Co., Ltd. is a comprehensive electronic industry group integrating R&D, production and sales, with a R&D technical team of nearly 1000 people. It has three major brands: Sanjing, Jiangniu and Yinke. As a traditional brand of the company, Sanjing has established a sound sales, logistics, warehousing and after-sales system overseas; Focus on student mobile phones and 3C products; Yinke creates smart home series products to serve high-end business people.

The Yinke 5G intelligent terminal production base project in Xuzhou is planned to have a total investment of 5 billion yuan. The first phase of the project has invested about 1 billion yuan to build a 5G intelligent terminal production base with a scale of more than 40000 square meters. 500 sets of 5G intelligent terminal full-automatic patch lines, 5G intelligent terminal full-automatic production lines, frequency converter production lines, etc. have been invested.

"The project was launched in August last year. At the end of last year, the factory building had been basically completed, so we went to the site without stopping to carry out internal decoration and equipment installation. At present, various production lines in the workshop are being debugged one after another. The project exhibition hall has been completed, and it is expected that it can be officially put into production in the first half of this year." Jiang Baiwu said that since the project was settled in Xuzhou, the "nanny style" package of services from top to bottom in Xuzhou Economic Development Zone has inspired and touched him on the way to entrepreneurship, and he has more deeply experienced Xuzhou's desire for development and transformation as a "top ten city in business environment quality" in China.

It is reported that the Yinke 5G smart terminal production base project in Xuzhou will take the lead in mass production of smart home (smart face recognition access control, lock, attendance machine, etc.) and smart terminal (smart phone, router, amplifier, etc.) products this year; Later, the product chain will be expanded to produce various 3C electronic products, including chargers, wireless power packs, Bluetooth headsets, etc. According to the market demand, the first products to be shipped this year will be smart face recognition access control and smart phones, with an annual design capacity of 5 million units (sets). This also means that there will be another "new member" with full technological content, such as 5G mobile phones, on the territory of Xuzhou's manufacturing industry.

"In fact, the progress of the Xuzhou project has exceeded expectations, but I still often put pressure on myself. If the project is not put into production and left Xuzhou one day, I must focus on it." Speaking of his feelings on the way to start his own business, Jiang Baiwu said that only when things get tough can he show courage. Now, the initial scale of the Xuzhou factory has reached more than 50 people. Like many foreign employees, he rented a house to live, either ordering takeout or calling fast food. But when he saw a modern intelligent factory sailing through the waves, his joy and pride could not be expressed. Perhaps, This is the sense of achievement that entrepreneurship brings.

From the Pearl River Delta, to the Yangtze River Delta, from Shenzhen to Xuzhou, Jiang Baiwu said that under the tide of reform and development, he, like countless entrepreneurs, had never changed his original intention and struggled for an endless period.
